Tropical Protein Smoothie Popsicles 
Recipe
    - 1 scoop dotFIT Unflavored protein powder 
 
    - 3 bananas 
 
    - 1 cup pineapple chunks 
 
    - peeled kiwis
 
    - 1/2 cup of Dole Fruit & Veggie Frozen Smoothie Mix
 
    - 1/2 cup of ice
 
    - 3/4 cup of OJ  *Option, you can whatever liquid you want!
 
Directions
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. 
Place in paper cups, cover with aluminum foil, poke popsicle stick/s through the foil and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
*Makes about 12 popsicles, depending on the size of the cup and sample testers
